INTRODUCTION TO THE TIMESTOPPER MODEL T-IV

The Timestopper Model T-IV eliminates judging errors in Pinewood Derby races.   To permit a low cost approach to optically sensing cars crossing the finish line, the Timestopper Model T-IV requires incandescent illumination from above the finish line of your track .

The Timestopper Model T-IV is available for judging 2, 3, 4, or 5 lanes, and determines and displays the order of finish in each lane supported.   The display consists of as many LED lights as lanes supported.   For each of the supported lanes, its respective LED light flashes at a rate to indicate relative place-position, i.e. to indicate the order that cars crossed the finishing line.

The Timestopper Model T-IV is housed in an attractive, hand held, durable plastic case, is built to high quality standards, and is powered by a single 9-volt battery.   Sensors and cables are included.   Some installation steps are required to install supplied phototransistor sensors in your track.   You supply the incandescent illumination above the finish line of your track.

Warranty on any Timestopper unit is 90 days from the factory shipment date.
